I am a professionally trained artist with a BFA from Savannah College of Art & Design. Although I majored in illustration and art history, my current passion is for painting. The majority of my paintings are based on photographs taken from my garden. Of late, I've begun painting people again and you'll now find these pieces mixed in with the flowers I can't seem to tear myself away from. My style ranges from very detailed focused down views with an abstracted effect to more impressionistic painterly works full of color and vibrance.more
